On July 10, 2023, Cantina Santa Barbara opened its doors for the 30th anniversary of the wine Le Vaglie 1992-2022. An exceptional evening where guests could taste the dishes of chefs Mauro Uliassi, Moreno Cedroni, Massimo Biagiali, and the Montecucco restaurant, accompanied by the American Bar of the OutOf guys.
The party was enlivened by DJ-singer Minuz, Matteo Verdini, and saw the participation of the surprise super guest Jimmy Sax, coming from Ibiza on a dedicated flight.
To enrich the event, the generous donations we made to the Caritas of Senigallia and to I.O.M, along with the proceeds from the sale of the limited edition t-shirt.
