The main white grapes, such as Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, are cultivated using the guyot system whilst red varieties such as Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown using cordon spur. To complete and enrich our range of varieties, we’ve tested new techniques and partnerships to create a selection of sweet wines and spirits. Last but not least, we also produce olive oil that encapsulates our history, identity and the quality of our land.
